As I was leaving the office on my last day at a job a few years back, one of the sales people pulled me aside and thanked me for doing a good job on the documentation. He saw my surprised look, and explained that by using the information in the manual he was able to quickly give some prospects detailed information about what the product could do, and that helped close the sales. Without the documentation, he said, those sales would have been a lot harder&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m sure there&#039;s more anecdotal evidence like that out there.</description>
